International Value Equity:
20 to 40 non-US portfolio holdings, both in Ordinary share form and American Depository Receipt form, performance benchmarked against the MSCI EAFE.

International Value Equity, ADR Only:
20 to 40 non-US portfolio holdings, in American Depository Receipt form only, performance benchmarked against the MSCI EAFE.

Focused International Value Equity:
10 non-US portfolio holdings performance benchmarked against the MSCI EAFE.

Global Value Equity:
20 to 40 US and non-US portfolio holdings performance benchmarked against the MSCI World.

US Value Equity:
20 to 40 US portfolio holdings, performance benchmarked against the S&P 500.

Fee Structure

  • Minimum separate account size of $1,000,000.
  • Fees paid quarterly in advance.
  • 1% annually on first $1,000,000.
  • 0.90% from $1,000,001 to $10,000,000.
  • 0.80% from $10,000,000 and up.

Please note that a 0.05% discount will apply to the fee on the first $1,000,000 of assets under management for clients who agree to receive all written communications in electronic form via email. Account performance and commentary is provided quarterly.

Neosho Capital also provides supervisory services on behalf of clients overseeing third party financial advisors on a negotiable fee basis. In providing this service, we will oversee the strategy of the third party advisor, review their reports, meet with them directly or via phone conference on a regular basis, and assess the quality of their performance on behalf of the client.
